Right to Submit a Complaint
Consumers have the right to submit a written complaint regarding the services provided by Triens Mobility d.o.o. (OIB: 89285799543, Kovinska 4-a, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia), operating under the brand Garage No.1 Rent-a-car, through the website www.garage-no1.com.
How to Submit a Complaint
Complaints can be submitted by email to:

- customerservice@garage-no1.com
Alternatively, complaints may be sent by mail to the company's registered office:
Triens Mobility d.o.o., Kovinska 4-a, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
Upon receiving a complaint, Triens Mobility d.o.o. will immediately confirm receipt and provide a written response within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
